TempFile.org provides temporary file hosting services with automatic deletion after specified time periods. Our service allows users to:

• Upload files directly from their device
• Download and host files from external URLs
• Share files via generated URLs
• Set automatic deletion timers (1-48 hours)

Our service is designed for legitimate file sharing purposes such as document distribution, temporary backups, and collaborative work.

3. Usage Limitations

To ensure fair usage and service quality, the following limits apply:

• Maximum file size: 100MB per file
• Maximum uploads: 10 files per hour per user
• Maximum retention: 48 hours
• No account creation required

4. Prohibited Content

We strictly prohibit the upload of any content that violates applicable laws or community standards. You agree not to upload, store, or share:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Personal information of others without consent
• Content used for phishing, fraud, or deception
• Spam or unsolicited promotional material
• Content that violates any laws or regulations

5. Data and Privacy

Your files are automatically deleted after the specified time period. We do not permanently store your data beyond the retention period you select.

Privacy Commitment: We do not use your uploaded files for advertising, analytics, or user profiling. Temporary file data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Perform maintenance and updates
• Temporarily suspend service
• Remove files that violate these terms

7. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Ensuring they have rights to upload and share files
• Respecting intellectual property rights
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempting to circumvent usage limits
• Not using the service for automated or commercial purposes without permission
• Verifying that content does not violate prohibited content policies
• Reporting violations through our reporting system

8. Content Monitoring and Reporting

While we do not routinely monitor uploaded content, we reserve the right to:

• Investigate reported violations
• Remove content that violates these terms
• Suspend access for users who violate terms
• Cooperate with law enforcement when required
• Use automated systems to detect prohibited content

Reporting System: Users can report files for review using the "Report Content" feature available on file pages. We investigate all valid reports within 24-48 hours and take appropriate action.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and serve your files during the retention period
• Make technical copies necessary for service operation
• Delete files automatically upon expiration

10. Limitation of Liability

TempFile.org is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions
• Unauthorized access to your files
• Any damages arising from service use
• Content uploaded by other users
• Third-party actions or services

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TempFile.org from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Content you upload or share
• Violation of these terms
• Violation of any third-party rights

12. Service Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these terms of service
• Is harmful to other users or the service
• Is illegal or potentially illegal
• Exposes us to liability

13. Governing Law
